From one butcher shop to a family of brands.
Our story begins in 1922 with the Young Meats Butcher Shop — a single counter built on a simple promise: quality protein you could trust, from people who stood behind every cut.
In 1972, the family established Miami Beef, carrying that same standard into a new era. Today, the Young family runs the business, leading a growing portfolio of established and well-loved brands across beef, pork, sausage, burgers and provisions.
More than a century later, that founding promise still guides us — bringing quality protein to tables across the country, from backyard cookouts to the deli case.
